Dr. Thear Bun, Optometrist

Dr. Thear Bun was born in Thailand and moved to the United States at the tender age of six. She grew up in Southern California and completed her undergraduate degree from UCLA. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Western University College of Optometry. During her professional rotations, she worked in practices in California, Colorado, and Wyoming. While in Wyoming, her externship allowed her to help stroke and head injury patients to stabilize and regain mobility using neuro-optometric rehabilitation techniques. In Colorado, she worked at the Colorado Springs VA center, helping veterans regain their independence by using state of the art instruments to examine and maximize their vision.
